As you may have heard, the Employment Rights Act 2025 is set to come into full effect this April, bringing with it a range of important updates for both employers and employees. These changes aim to strengthen workplace protections, clarify responsibilities, and support fairer working practices across organisations.
To help you with understanding and implementing these changes, we have uploaded a 2-part course covering the key aspects of the Employment Rights Act 2025:
Part 1 - This module will teach you about the Employment Rights Act, what it is and why it was created, as well as the people and areas it affects. We will also discuss the impact and effect it has on these places and people.
Part 2 - This module will teach you more about the Employment Rights Act. This includes preparing for the changes, your responsibilities, potential risks and effective methods of implementation. This includes your responsibilities as an employer and/or employee, and the potential risks you may encounter and how to overcome them.
Both modules are also available to buy as a programme - we recommend you take both modules in order to stay compliant and up-to-date with the most recent legislation as it comes into law over the next year or so.
